How I made KUBRA’s enterprise design system dynamic and variable-driven for 8 products, 12 designers and 30+ engineers, cutting 128 banner variations down to one component along the way.
FusionX Figma plugin suite for an enterprise design system
Six tools in one Figma plugin that automate the slow, repetitive and error-prone work of keeping a large design system and its product files consistent. A full client rebrand went from weeks to about 20 minutes.

Senior UI Designer

Led UI design and design system work for KUBRA’s product suite. Co-founded the enterprise desktop design system and founded the mobile one, adopted across 8 core products by 12 designers and 30+ engineers. Evolved it with Figma variables, component variants, AI-assisted workflows and automation; built Figma plugins for design QA and developer handoff; and served as the team’s accessibility (WCAG) specialist.

Front-End Designer

Conceived the Smart Invoice, a redesigned bill with the key information above the fold and details on demand. KUBRA adopted it as a product, and a major US utility was the first to launch it. Made it fully accessible, including VoiceOver support. Also designed the front end for the EZ-PAY self-service payment kiosk and managed front-end delivery for 7 client accounts through COVID-19.
